Supreme Court Overreaches
Looks like the Supreme Court is going down the tube.
First, the Court rules against a display of the Ten Commandments at two Kentucky court houses. What, pray tell, is the reference point for the decisions made by the court? Do they even have one? The whole Constitution was written by men who were founding a political system based, to a large extent, on Reformation principles.
Second, the Supreme Court ruled today that a city can have eminent domain ruling on property, allowing a city to seize property for development that belongs to the poor or house of worship. A city would be interested in such a seizure, as it would gain far more money from the resulting development than from the poor or house of worship. For more information, see:
