Wheatley Margaret J.. Leadership and the New Science. This is a book published in 1991 and used by Wheatley as part of training leaders - used in expensive conferences. Now you can get it for only $13.57. Although secular in message, you will see that Christ himself led from some of the methods here and this is really something old cloaked in new clothes. The basic principle is simple: For a leader to create change, he or she must first create chaos, upsetting the status quo. Otherwise, people will not risk the change. And then relationships, not the lone individual, are the basic units of change. The book is an intellectual challenge with a mixture of chaos theory, quantum physics, and system theory. I want some leadership training!
